Construction of 21 structures (Air Relief & Clean-out Structures, Clean-out & Blow-off Structures & Connection Structure), Constr (2) precast manholes, Remove & replace piping inside (2) existing structures. Abandonment of existing 16" force main & existing manholes. Remove & replace existing piping & valves in the 43 existing structures. Install of new automatic air release & vacuum valves. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
