The County is hereby inviting interest GCs to participate in bidding on Public Works projects at Saint Louis Reginal Hospital located at 9400 No Name Uno, Gilroy, CA 95020. PROJECT SCOPE: • Replacing existing air handlers AH-1 and AH-2 with new custom air handlers. • Installing new air handler AH-7 to operate as temporary air handler during replacement of AH-1 and AH-2. • Providing new structural support for the new air handler AH-7 and ductwork. • Providing concrete supports for the new remote condensing units for AH-2. • Selective demolition and patching of areas of existing air handler roof curbs. • Providing electrical services to the new air handlers and accessories. • Providing a new direct digital control system to monitor and control the new air handlers with future expansion capabilities. • Relocating existing sanitary sewer vents 25’ away from air handling unit outside air intakes. • Providing new crossover stair bridge for maintenance pathway. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
