The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, permits, licenses, insurance, bond, transportation, travel and per diem and every other expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), at Mule Creek State Prison (MCSP), located at 4001 Hwy 104, Ione, CA 95640. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
