Pre-bid Date and Location: A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on October 11, 2022, at 4979 Weatherstone Drive, Buford, GA 30519. The meeting will begin in the parking lot of the subdivision club house then will move to the Cul-de-Sac of Oak Falls Lane. The site-visit is to be utilized by contractors and subcontractors to take pictures, measurements, and visual assessment to submit a bid for this project. All bidders are strongly urged to attend. Not mandatory for subcontractors.

Must be pre-qualified to prime bid. The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Oak Falls Lane Water Main Improvements. Project Description: Installation of approximately 1,000 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main beginning at Duncans Lake Drive and ending near the cul-de-sac of Oak Falls Lane. Includes tie-ins, traffic control along Duncans Lake Drive, restrained joint pipe, fittings, erosion control, site cleanup, and all other work required to complete the project.
