The W. Oakland Ave and N. Cumberland Ave Reconstruction - Phase 1 project primarily consists of the installation of the stormwater system on the north side of W. Oakland Ave and on Cumberland Ave. This project will include the installation of a large baffle box and a stormwater splitter box on Cumberland Ave. Finally, the project shall include removal of existing City utilities, roadway construction, removal and replacement of driveways and curb, sidewalk, and sodding on the other restoration as may be required. Bonds required. Please refer to documents for further details about wage rates.
