The work to be performed shall include but is not limited to the abandonment of approximately 145 linear feet (LF) of 24” CMP with flowable fill, removal of approximately 68 (LF) of 24” CMP and an existing tree, relocation of one water meter, and removal and replacement of two catch basins, an existing fence line, a concrete driveway, curb, and asphalt pavement. The Project will also include the installation of approximately 192 LF of 24” RCP, a ¾” water service line, and a temporary parking area. The work will be installed by open cut methods as required and shown on the plans and specifications for the Oakwood Drive Stormwater Improvement Project. All bids must be accompanied by adequate bid security (certified check, bid bond, or irrevocable letter of credit) drawn in favor of the Authority and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, which shall be subject to forfeiture as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to promptly enter into the proposed contract for performance of the Project with the Authority.
