The Contractor will construct nature trail and two trailheads includes minor grading, tree and brush removal including replacement of an existing wall and all other miscellaneous items necessary for completion of the work within the City of Johns Creek (City), Georgia. The new wall will be concrete masonry with stone face and will not exceed 30” in height. There is a 5% bid bond for the project.
