The Town of Queen Creek is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to construct roadway improvements for the 1.2 miles of Ocotillo Road from west of Sossaman Road to Hawes Road from 2 lanes to 4 travel lanes and a center twoway left-turn lane, intersection improvements at Sossaman Road and Hawes Road, sidewalk improvements, ADA ramp improvements, street lighting, traffic signals at Sossaman Road and Hawes, pavement marking, signing, bike lanes. Major elements of this project will include utility adjustments and relocations, removals, new curb & gutter, pavement, sidewalk, driveway construction, storm drain pipe and catch basins, scuppers and retention basins, water system improvements, signage and pavement marking, traffic signals at Sossaman Road, Hawes Road, and 196th Street, street lighting, traffic signal interconnect conduit and pull boxes, and landscape restoration. Substantial completion of work is 242 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Deadline for questions is October 17, 2022 by 5:00pm. Bonds required.
