The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Ogeechee Technical College for the replacement of a Water Heat Pump at their Statesboro Campus . Each bid must be accompanied with a Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% of the base bid, payable to the Owner, Ogeechee Technical College, in order to guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly in compliance with the Bidding Documents. Bid Bonds should be furnished on forms accepted as standard by the insurance industry. This project encouraged MBE/WBE partricipation.
