The City of Olean Department of Public Works is seeking bids for improvements to the Times Square entrance to the Olean Municipal Building. A Bond for the full amount of the Contract will be required of the successful Bidder to secure faithful performance of the Contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith. A Bond in a similar amount will be required as guarantee of the work for one year after completion.
