On an On-Call for Service basis, the Contactor will provide project construction management services for various Arlington County facility, construction, and renovation projects. The County may select up to Three (3) Contracting firms. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervisors, equipment, materials, transportation and incidentals to manage assigned projects, which may include, but not limited to any combination of Pre-construction Services, Construction Services, Project Management Services, and Reviewing and Coordinating Commissioning Services.
