The intent of this Request for Qualifications is to provide On-Call Facilities Maintenance Contractor Services at the Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Maryland. Awarded Contractors shall provide one or more of the services listed and described below on an as-needed basis: Electrical Maintenance Services, Overhead Rollup Door Repairs Services, Chemical Fume Hood Inspection, Certification and Repair, Automatic Sliding Door Repairs On-Call Service, Annual Backflow Preventer inspections and reporting to WSSC, Semi-Annual maintenance and On-Call Repair of campus backup generators, Boiler and Piping On-Call Services, Plumbing Services, Roofing Services, Lawn Mower Services, Floor Tile Removal and Installation Services, HVAC Maintenance and On-Call Repair, Annual Kitchen Drain Line Hydrojetting and Stormwater Ejector Basin Cleaning, Underground Storage Tank Inspections, Automobile Lift Inspection and Maintenance, and Floor Care Equipment Maintenance. The awarded firms will be issued an initial one (1) year term with four (4) one-year renewal terms at the College’s sole discretion. The College does not guarantee any amount of work to any awarded vendor. Last Day for Questions: 3/11/22 at 10:00 AM ET. MBE goal 20%.
