The work included under these Contract Documents and as described in the Proposal comprises of mobilization, maintenance of traffic, erosion control protection, clearing and grubbing, and the providing and installation of storm pipes, endwalls, sidewalk, railroad ties, tracks, ballast, sodding, and appurtenant equipment. The work consists of furnishing, constructing, installing, testing and maintaining the said storm, water, roadway and railway improvements complete and in place. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
