Union County College intends to establish a term contract with a roofing contractor to provide on-call roof repair and maintenance services on a time and materials basis. Unless otherwise requested by the College, work is to be performed during regular College hours. However, the Contractor must be available to provide services on a twenty-four hours, seven days a week (24/7) basis. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work as requested and specified by the College. All work is to be performed in a complete manner so as to not require additional service calls for the same task. It is the goal of the College to solve the issue with one service call / visit. Re-call work for the same issue in the same area will not be billed to the College.
