As Needed Weed Abatement Services. The Work to be done under this Contract shall include the furnishing all labor, some materials, methods or processes, implements, equipment, tools, and machinery necessary for and appurtenant to weed abatement services. All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations. The general scope of the work includes assisting the City by providing as needed weed abatement services located throughout the City. Project duration is 1 year with 4 one year renewals.
