This renewable contract is for professional landscape maintenance at various locations along the I-77, I-74, US-52 and US-421 corridors in Surry, Wilkes, and Yadkin counties (vicinity maps are attached to this proposal). The work includes thirteen (13) cycles of mowing during the months of April through September in designated established mowing areas inside of the controlled access fence. The period covered by this contract will be from August 1, 2022 until July 31, 2023 The contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. SBE Contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
