Trades: Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning HVAC Contractor and Controls
The City of Fort Collins is requesting bids from qualified Contractors for replace the entire
hot water heat distribution system at 300 Laporte Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80521. The existing boilers shall be reutilized but downstream of the boilers the entire system will be replaced including: pumps, piping, valves, insulation, VAV boxes, hydronic baseboard, connecting ductwork, various diffusers and air/water balancing.
Originally the project was going to be phased. The basement level work, excluding the boiler room and north wing, has been completed and is not part of this contract. In general, this scope includes the boiler room, the 1st floor and the 2nd floor work. Refer to drawings for exact details. The contractor is to finish the entire building out for a full and complete operational system, except for controls. Temperature controls are not part of this project and will be handled directly by the City.
