Improvements to four (4) duplex pump stations including installation of liners in the wet wells, replacement of pumps, riser and discharge piping, valves, electrical systems, and improve site access and security. Submission of an electronic copy of the Bid Bond completed and signed by all required parties and submitted on the form provided in Exhibit 1 to the Bid Proposal (Part D), or in the alternative, a Certified Check, or a Cashier's Check shall be required to accompany each bid proposal in a stated dollar amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the sum of the computed total amount of the Bidder's Base Bid proposal. Submittal of a Bid Bond less than 10% of the bid sum shall result in rejection of the bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
