The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the ORG Parking Lot Repair located at the California Army National Guard Armory, 2200 Redondo Ave., Long Beach, California. Work to include: full depth asphalt repair replacement, drainage, concrete curbing, grading, drainage, lighting curb / gutter, striping, sewer lateral and lighting. ADA accessible parking and walkways will be added. The drainage work includes catch basins, manholes and piping. Existing site features and paving will require demolition. Questions due 5/19/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
