The project is for the historic renovation and adaptive reuse of the Original Mount Vernon High School (OMVHS), located at 8333 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, Virginia. The existing facility consists of five buildings for a total of approximately 160,000 square feet, including the main building, and four smaller buildings immediately adjacent to the main structure. See attached aerial image of the facility. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
