This is a Standard Overlay and ADA Improvements project and the work to be completed under this contract consists of pavement patching, hot-mix asphalt surface removal, hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, and placement of thermoplastic pavement markings, curb ramps (ADA) improvements and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans and as described herein. This project begins at a point on the centerline of U.S. 20 (FAP 525) approximately 35 feet east of the centerline of Page St. and extends in an easterly direction to approximately 40 feet east of the centerline of Locust St. The project is located within the City of Marengo in McHenry County and has a gross length of 2,260 feet (0.43 miles) and net length of 2,260 feet (0.43 miles). Contract time: 25 working days. DBE goal 16%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
