Orchard View Elementary School located at 4275 Middle Road, Winchester, VA 22602. Everyone shall meet outside the front door of the building, have a mask on, and have your driver’s license with you. As the result of the COVID-19 pandemic requirements, all attendees must wear a mask and practice social distancing as required by the Governor. All bidders are encouraged to review the entire project manual prior to attendance at the pre-bid conference.
Frederick County, VA Public Schools invites bids for replacing the existing fire alarm system, along with associated work at Orchard View Elementary School located at 4275 Middle Road, Winchester, VA 22602. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Scope: Provide new fire alarm control panels and all new devices as indicated on drawings. Patch all existing holes in existing walls from demolished system. All new devices include fire alarm horn, strobes and combo devices for notifications and pull stations, smoke detectors, duct smoke detectors and tamper and flow devices for initiation as well as all connections to door hold opens. All existing sprinkler and PIV connections are to be converted to new devices on the new fire alarm system. Bonds required.
