CalOptima is asking Contractors to prepare a proposal to complete concrete, asphalt repairs, slurry seal and restripe for the parking lot at PACE Center. Questions are due in writing by 2:00 PM on May 25th. The initial term of any resulting agreement shall be for a period of 3 years with 2 (two) consecutive, one year renewal options at CalOptima’s discretion. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
