Scope of work includes: Paint fire Station located at 1120 Calton Rd. consisting of:1.Paint the whole Fire Station (outside) with a roll, and two coats of Sherwin Williams paint. 2. Power wash the building before painting. 3. Paint the block fence that is on the side. 4. Paint the gallery and add stain and varnish in the ceiling room. 5. Add caulking in the small cracks and stucco in the large cracks. 6. Paint the tools room. Includes labor and material (Does not includes windows and doors). The City of Laredo has established a 5% local vendor preference.
