This Construction Work portion of the Project consists of approximately 50 acres of earth work activity, construction of three stormwater treatment areas, and form a series of ditch blocks. Bidders will furnish a bid bond, cash, cashier's check or certified check with the bid response in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of their Project Total Bid Amount as a guarantee that the awarded bidder will enter into a contract with the District and furnish the required Performance and Payment Bond. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
