The work generally consists of custodial cleaning of restrooms across multiple park locations in the City of Vista. The scope of work includes: • Full service cleaning • Porter service to maintain cleanliness standards during the day • Unblocking clog drain lines • As-needed services for special events • Monthly power-washing and cleaning of restroom interior and exterior of buildings The agreement is anticipated to be an initial two year term with up to three additional one-year option extensions. The Work to be performed is located: at various locations in the City of Vista, CA. Questions are due no later than 3:00 PM on June 4th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
