A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Reconstruction of the western parking lot behind the Department of Agriculture building, curb and gutter construction, storm water management construction, asphalt pavement repair, asphalt sealcoat and restriping the parking lot. The parking lot will require rebuilding of the asphalt, asphalt seal coat, sealing the crack rout and sealing the pavement cracks. Striping shall include the designated parking stalls and traffic flow designators. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
