A description of this work of this project can be summarized to include excavation and removal of existing grass area to depth of approximately 12 inches,demolition of existing asphalt pavement and concrete sidewalk to a depth of approximately 12 inches,placement of 8 inches of compacted structural subbase, placement of 4 inches of compacted crushed aggregate base, installation of 2.5 superpave asphalt surfacing,remove and reinstall 6 foot high chain link fencing,striping parking stall lines and arrow pavement markings. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount,including any add alternates is required.
