Nassau County is seeking a contractor to repair, sealcoat and re-stripe the parking lots at the Robert M. Foster Justice Center located at 76347 Veterans Way, Yulee, FL 32097, and the Detention Center located at 76212 Nicholas Cutinha Rd., Yulee, FL, 32097. Contractor will be responsible for: • Cleaning the parking lot of debris (sand, dirt, etc.) • Making repairs to asphalt as needed and ensure asphalt is sloped properly to drains • Sealcoating the parking lot • Re-striping parking spaces in compliance with all applicable codes at the state and federal levels. Scheduling of the work is vital due to the nature of the buildings. Accommodations can be made for normal work hours, but after hours and weekend rates should be included in bid price. Questions via Planet Bids online by 6/16/2022, 4:00pm. Project / Contract Duration: 90 days after Notice to Proceed. Bonds required.
