The Contractor shall provide parking lot and parking deck sweeping services for the Authority's rail station parking lots, parking decks, bus loops, and park/ride lots, located throughout the MARTA system. This will include emptying trash cans at the Park/Ride Lots and removal of debris from parking decks at the top of walls, sidewalks, behind the tire stops, on curbs, and other hard to sweep areas. The names and addresses of each site where parking lot sweeping services are to be performed are attached hereto and made a part of this Scope of Work in Exhibit A-1 Location Addresses. Estimated square footage for each location is in Exhibit A-2 Frequency Listing. Questions due via email by 2:00 PM (local time) on October 15, 2021.
