The contract shall be a yearly, six (6) month contract, from May 1 through October 31 of each year. Seasonally, there exists the possibility that irrigated turf areas may need mowed once in April and November at the request and discretion of the District Supervisor. The term of this contract shall be one year, subject to four one-year renewals. The City reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time, if in the opinion of the City, the service is considered unacceptable. Term: 05/01/2021 - 10/31/2021 with 4 option years. Offerors must price each mowing grouping they are interested in working on. Multiple contracts may be awarded. If multiple awards are made, it will be by grouping area.
