Work to be performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to provide the chiller replacements as shown in the Drawing (Attachment A) dated July 15, 2020 (Separately attached in printable format). Contractor must be duly licensed for the type of work proposed, in the State of Florida. Contractor shall be responsible to install two owner provided Carrier 30XV-180S Chillers as specified in the drawings and project manual. Bonds required.
