The purpose of this Invitation For Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with one or more qualified contractors to provide pavement marking and power washing services for the purpose of reapplying striping, message markings and power washing parking decks and parking surfaces at the six campus locations of Northern Virginia Community College located in Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Springfield (Medical Education), and Woodbridge. Contract Term: One (1) year with four (4) additional, optional one (1) year renewal periods. Estimated start date for Northern Virginia Community College contract is 11/01/2022. Questions due by October 3, 2022 at 12:00 PM. SBE goal 42%.
