The Successful Bidder shall furnish all labor, machinery, tools, modes of transportation, debris disposal, supplies, equipment, materials, water, diesel fuel and services necessary to perform the complete pavement resurfacing and roadway repair services anticipated as work to be performed under this contract. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid submitted, to be in the form of a Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to the City of Miami; a bond written by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Florida and shall comply with State Statute 287.0935. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
