The project requires Pre-Construction and CM/GC Services through the design and construction of an 84,000 GSF project that includes programs in healthcare, trades, and culinary arts. Program spaces include, but are not limited to, the following: nurse and medical assistant, pharmacy technician, dental assisting, welding, automated manufacturing, automotive technology, diesel technology, culinary arts, multi-purpose rooms, student amenities, student services, offices and building support space Bonds required.
