The Peart Road Widening, Cottonwood Lane to O’Neil Drive, generally consists of the widening and improvement of the roadway segment. The work involved in the base bid includes: pavement structural section #1 (5” AC, 10” Aggregate), microseal, type III, concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk & curb ramps, concrete valley gutter, concrete median nose transition, concrete scuppers, existing pavement removals, concrete irrigation ditch removals, manhole frame & cover adjustments, various pavement markings, various traffic signs, miscellaneous items of work, mobilization, survey & traffic control. The work involved in the ‘add-on bid option’ includes: street light poles with LED luminaires & mast arms, street light circuit conductors, #4 & #8, various landscaping improvements, prorated additional construction staking, mobilization & traffic control. Question submission deadline September 25, 2020. Contract period is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Bonds
