The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Improvements to sidewalks, curb ramps, crosswalks, and signage at 22 sites, centered on 10 distinct locations in close proximity to pedestrian generators such as schools, churches, hospitals, and community centers. The work will be substantially completed 150 calendar days from Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment by August 31, 2022. DBE goal is 6%. EEO goal is 8%.
