Metro Water Recovery (Metro) intends to engage a Construction Management At-Risk contractor (CMAR or Contractor) to provide preconstruction and construction services related to the Peracetic Acid Disinfection System Improvements Project (Project) at the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) located at 6450 York St. Denver, CO.  Contractor is expected to work collaboratively with Metro, and Metro’s design engineer to optimize and better define schedule, project costs, construction impacts on stakeholders, design details and other advantages that result from use of the CMAR process.   The modifications and improvements to the Peracetic Acid (PAA) Disinfection Facilities will include new tanks, pumps, piping, sampling appurtenances, site improvements, as well as all associated electrical, instrumentation, and controls.
