The facility seeks a vendor to provide IPM pest control services for arthropod and vertebrate pests including, but not limited to, roaches, ants, fleas, bedbugs, silverfish, spiders, bees, drain flies, flies, mice, rats, bats, squirrels and chipmunks. All work will be performed on facility property in accordance with the attached specifications. Clinton Correctional Facility is seeking bids for a contractor to provide weekly Integrated Pest Management (IPM) pest control service for the facility, in accordance with the specifications detailed on the following pages. The intent of this Invitation for Bids is to secure a pro-active treatment program for our facility. The Bid Specifications state the terms under which the contractor will provide an effective program for the control and elimination of insects and rodent pests utilizing interior and exterior treatments to attain this goal. All pest control work must be performed in compliance with applicable New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, New York State Department of Health Regulations and the Federal Occupational Health & Safety Administration, Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and all other applicable federal, state and local laws. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
