The Chicago Public Schools Department of Facilities is accepting Bids from Pest Management Firms to provide Integrated Pest Management (“IPM”) Services for approximately six hundred (600) CPS facilities. Bidders may submit bids for both Packages. Package #1 includes sites in Zones 1, 3, 6, 7 & 9. Package #2 includes sites in Zones 2, 4, 5 & 8. If a Bidder selected for a particular Package cannot begin the requested Services in a Purchase Order within the timeframe stated therein, or refuses to diligently perform any Services, the Board reserves the right to award such Services in such particular Package to the next lowest Bidder under this Bid.
