Provide construction services for the installation of (8) total DSA Approved 30’x40’ Fabric Shade Structure Projects located at Bancroft, Cleveland, Holmes, Hoover, Keller, Marshall, Newcomb and Riley, per the bid documents and specifications. The scope of work will include but no limited to the installation of (4) steel posts into asphalt, concrete or grass areas, installation of the fabric shade, possible path of travel and ADA accessibility upgrades requested by DSA. Each site is site specific and may require additional demo, added concrete pads, drinking fountains, etc. Questions are due by 12:00 PM on Sept 28th. Project duration is 250 consecutive calendar days. Anticipated start of 10/24/22 and delivery of 06/30/23. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
