A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 1:00
p.m. Contractors should park in North Lot 3, proceed to SRC door #7, go thru Covid-19 check out, wait in lobby area. The Project Manager will walk the vendors to the jobsite after check in. Please arrive a few minutes before the site visit scheduled time. See attached campus map (Exhibit A) for further instructions.
This project is intended to be awarded February 18, 2021 and completed prior to April 30, 2021. Generally, this project consists of demolishing existing piping, providing and installing new pool water heater and piping, testing and balance, controls, electric and pads.
