In general, the scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and transportation for the Tennis & Pickleball Court Renovation project, on the campus of California State University, San Bernardino. Work consists of power washing, patching, grinding/leveling, and painting select Tennis & Pickleball Courts. Work shall be completed in a timely and safe environment in accordance with the detailed specifications and special conditions. Construction period shall be forty-one (41) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed with a proposed work schedule of July 1, 2022 – August 10, 2022 Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
