The City of Wilmington, Delaware will receive sealed bids for the Playground Improvements Brown Park and Kirkwood Park. The Project includes but is not limited to the following improvements to Department of Parks and Recreation facilities: Provide demolition and disposal of existing designated playground equipment and structures including safety surfacing systems and site accessories, Provide 6 feet high construction fence as shown on the Drawings, Provide protection for existing trees and site features to remain, Provide required fill material as needed, Install playground equipment, play structures & play surfacing edging, Furnish and install playground safety surfacing systems, Install concrete walkway, Install new sod at Brown Park, Reseed disturbed areas of lawn at Kirkwood Park, Maintain and water new lawn areas for one month after final acceptance, Install stormwater management system, Provide project record documents and operation and maintenance data. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
