The intent and purpose of this Price Quote is to solicit bids from qualified vendors to perform the preventive maintenance (PM) services for three (3) existing Thermacore Doors, #598 steel sectional garage doors for the Department of Environmental Quality, Tidewater Regional Office, 5636 Southern Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA, hereinafter referred to as the "DEQ-TRO. " an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The initial contract period shall be effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; with four (4), one (1) year optional renewal periods.
