Estimate: $7,000,000.00.
Project consists of a new type V-B single story auxiliary gymnasium with 5 rows of bleachers, classroom, storage, toilet rooms and related support spaces and related site work. Selective site demolition necessary for the construction of new building including associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Generally these categories of work involve new finishes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and low voltage systems. The Project will involve construction on an active construction site and barricading of work areas will be required to separate construction areas from occupied spaces and as needed to accommodate the Owner’s schedule and use of the site. The Contract Time is 335 calendar days. Prequalification is required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DVBE requirements.
