The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide construction services related to Demolition of existing pump house and mag tank. Construction of a new gravel road and pad behind the existing maintenance facility. Design and construction of a new evaporator building (see Division 13000 for Delegated Design requirements). Extending utility service to the new building including utility connections & fees. Addition of a waterway, inlet, catch basin, and storm drain piping & structures to route storm water runoff away from the existing pond. Installation and commissioning of various evaporation process components including evaporator, tanks, pumps, sensors, wet well, etc. Install connecting pipes from wet well to pond with stand pipe & apron. Various asphalt patches. Miscellaneous swales, channels & area drains. Excavation, grading and other earthwork are also required as part of the work. Bonds required.
