This project consists of three parts. (1) New Parts Building, (2) Structure to connect buildings, and (3) Modifying the existing building. The new building will be pre-engineered metal. No electrical, plumbing or HVAC is included in the project. No utilities are to be provided by the contractor. A Pre-engineered structure will be required to connect the new parts building with the existing building. Connector section will be approx. 10' long by 19' wide. Eave height will be a minimum of 10' and a maximum to match existing building and new building. Contractor must supply drawing with proposal. Modifications to the existing building will need to be made as part of this project. Contractor must supply drawing with proposal. Bonds required.
