Intent to bid due 4/7/21 by 5pm. The City of Longmont is soliciting statements of qualifications from general contractors to provide construction services for the Price Park Tank Replacement project. The objective of this SOQ process is to identify prequalified general contractors with the experience, resources and ability to complete the project in an acceptable and satisfactory manner. The City will only allow general contractors qualified through this SOQ process to bid on the project. The work will be issued in a single bid and awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible, prequalified bidder. Bonds required at bidding stage.
