City of Dallas (COD or City), Department of Aviation, Capital Development Program is seeking multiple highly qualified Architecture and Engineering (A/E) firms for consulting services in design of new construction, renovations, major maintenance, as well as other various airport related and specialized projects requiring specialty services for Dallas Airport System’s (DAS) three facilities: Dallas Love Field (DAL), Dallas Executive Airport (RBD), City of Dallas Vertiport (49T), and any Dallas Airport Systems properties. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended for use in establishing a short list of pre-qualified consultants for use as unplanned, emergent issues for two years. It is expected that a wide variety of skills, capabilities, and expertise will be required. Minimum value of fees will be in the range of $25,000; maximum value for fees will be in the range of $249,999. Capital projects with estimated fees greater than $250,000 will be selected through a separate public process on a project-by- project basis. These future projects will be locally funded. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
